The journey of Ferrari World Abu Dhabi began with a singular vision: to translate the raw intensity of Formula 1 into a permanent, accessible environment. While Ferrari has long been a symbol of Italian excellence, the Yas Island development provided the space and technical ambition required to house such a gargantuan concept.
Selected for its strategic location at a global crossroads, Yas Island offered the perfect canvas for a climate-controlled facility that operates year-round, regardless of the desert heat. Every element—from the tiles on the floor to the ingredients in our kitchens—is curated to mirror the atmosphere of the Modena region.
The iconic red roof was inspired by the double curve side profile of the Ferrari GT body, spanning over 200,000 square meters.
The park's development coincided with the first Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, marking a new era for motorsport fans in the region.
